Your furnished private room plus all utilities — electricity, water, and high-speed Wi-Fi. One flat monthly price, no separate utility bills.

Yes — a refundable security deposit is due before move-in (typically one month). It's returned after move-out, minus any damage beyond normal wear. Exact amount is on your lease.

Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or Apple Cash — all fee-free. See the Pay Rent page. Rent is due on the date listed in your lease.

$49/night (weekends $59, 3-night minimum, one-time $50 cleaning), $299/week, $1,050/month furnished all-inclusive, or $800/month on a long-term lease. Every rate is furnished with utilities + Wi-Fi included — see the room.

Flexible. A 3-night minimum on nightly stays; long-term roommates can go month-to-month or sign a lease; furnished short-term stays are also on Airbnb & FurnishedFinder.

Occasional guests are fine with a heads-up. Extended or overnight guests should be cleared with Caden first so the whole house stays comfortable.

Please keep it down after 10 PM on weeknights. Shared spaces — kitchen, bath, laundry — stay clean and open for everyone.

No smoking indoors. Pets are case-by-case — ask before you apply.

For longer stays, qualified applicants complete a secure background and credit check through TurboTenant (TransUnion credit, criminal, and eviction history). You apply directly on TurboTenant and pay the screening fee there — this site never collects your SSN.
